Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool in advance of your expected arrival time. 中央氣象局已針對尼莎颱風發布海上陸上颱風警報，並將新北市列為警戒區域，新北市政府觀光旅遊局為確保旅遊安全，宣布十分瀑布公園29日起停止入園，並提醒民眾暫勿前往烏來山區、碧潭、野柳、海邊等警戒地區遊玩。
新北市政府觀光旅遊局表示，因應尼莎來襲，十分瀑布公園29日起停止入園，未來視災損復原情形再行公布開園日期，另碧潭風景區水上腳踏車29日起停止營業。
觀旅局提醒，民眾在颱風期間請勿前往警戒地區遊玩，尤其山區（含烏來及瑞芳風景區）、海邊（含野柳風景區、淡水）、河濱地區（含碧潭風景區），恐因大雨造成水位暴漲或阻斷交通，請民眾切勿前往。
觀旅局也強調，所轄旅遊服務中心、各風景區（包含十分、瑞芳、烏來）遊客中心、猴硐煤礦博物園區各館舍，將同步配合新北市停班課訊息休館，請民眾留意颱風最新相關訊息。
